FAQ´S On Renting A Property From Us
We have solar panels so its consumption can be quite economical, however it all depends on the efficient use we give it, the maintenance of the equipment and keep the space closed.
The charges for water and electricity consumption are every two months and each unit has its own water and electricity meter.
We have 2 option of rates with and without a beach club, in case you have the club membership this is only for people who live in the condo. All former friends and family must purchase their daypass or booklet of passes.
We do not have this service, the beach club is a 15-minute walk from the condominiums.
The maintenance included is of the common areas, such as solar panels, pool, elevators, gardens among other. We will provide you a list of cost for the maintenance of the condo such as ac cleaning services, wood services. among others any maintenance that for use or misuse is given to the condominium will have to be paid directly by the tenant.
