VACATION RENTALS: 9 BAHIAS CONDOS

VACATION RENTALS: Are you ready for a Mexican Holiday? A number of 2 and 3 bedroom units in the 9 BAHIAS Condos complex are reserved for long term and short term Vacation Rentals from a week to 6 months.

We offer a family, pet friendly environment. Our units are furnished with, TV, internet, SkyTV, telephone line both local and international, air conditioning and beach club access.

We open the rentals every year by mid January, in order to keep updated we invite you to follow us on Facebook we do not send private messages to inform the prices and new condos rentals.

CHECK IN INFORMATION

1. Self come in entrance, we will provide you a voice guide upon arrival and you can get your key thanks to a code, so you will not need to have a person waiting for you.At the condo you will find a binder with all the information. For the beach club we will ask you for pictures and we also provide you a code in order to get in the club. for the gym we will require to get your finger print in order to access the gym. Please notify of any change on flights or extra people coming.

The service we provide included on the rental are:

• Telephone line with national and International calls except the some countries listed on the file
• Smart tv
• Access for 2 to Sea Soul Huatulco club and we provide you 2 towels to access the club if you don’t provide them an ID will be required to have towels at the club.
• Linens and towels In case they have been damaged or lost, this will be deducted in the inventory.
• The condo is furnished and equipped with basic kitchen supplies
• Regular mop, dustpan and broom

NOT INCLUDED

• Cleaning services nor laundry services, this is with a external company.
• Cleaning supplies such as garbage’s bags, cleaning products
• WIFI service provided by Telmex
• No shuttle to the club
• No guest passes to the club
• No classes at the club included in your stay you pay them directly to the teacher

CHECK OUT INFORMATION

• For your check out please place towels and linens on the laundry area
• Ask for your utilities bills at the Administration Office in order to be paid before your departure.
• Bring the keys at the administration and report if any damage had occurred during your stay.
• Leave the safety box open

ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAT WE HIRE FOR YOU

• Water service. As we area a sustainable development we arrange to have the water jar at the condos, but you must pay for it at the office and for you spout tap . We can place it at your condo on the days of the service and you can pay for it at the administration office, or you can collect the key to get the water jar at the deposit.
• If you smoke, please do not throw your cigarrete butts in common areas. Remember that we are a sustainable establishment. Smoking is only allowed on the roof area heading the back of the building.
• Cleaning services:We provide you the information of an external company to do your cleaning services, please coordinate directly with them any payment and any laundry to be collected.

We know that family is the most significant environment for life, that is why at 9 bahias condos we provide you with peace of mind so that all members of your family can enjoy the positive influence of pets in a pleasant environment.

Our design is based on a minimalistic and universal design, with open areas, cross ventilation and wide windows that will give you a relax and confort space.

Each unit rental comes with 2 complimentary passes to the SEA SOUL Beach Club. Should you be traveling with more people, please let us know and we will adjust your rental rate appropriate to the number of people joining you at the club.

Please note: If there is something specific that you require to make your stay more comfortable please contact us and let us know at the time of your booking. We will do our very best to meet your needs.

Cancellation policy: The Covid situation has created a lot of uncertainty for everyone’s travel, and for our part we want to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your future travel plans during the next months. As travel will vary greatly depending on the world situation, we understand you may not have any information yet on flights and border policies, and we are also aware insurance companies may not cover travel changes outside your country. To inform you, we do not plan to issue refunds due to the Covid situation. If/when the time comes that you are sure you want (or need) to cancel, please direct all your change requirements directly to [email protected] email. his policy is subject to modifications and we will let you know of any change by a direct email or we will post it in our facebook page and IG page.

We cannot take credit card only wire transfer or cash for your reservation.
